We reached there half and hour before our booking time. They haven’t open the bridal shop yet!
Then we were bought into the dressing room to try out the tailored dress. Last amended was made to some dresses.
Our photo shooting will be at second floor… that’s where the make up process is done too. As usual, photo studio are loads with background and hanging flowers and messy carpets and so on. Our first make-up artist we met there was Yumi. She started off with Hong and we patiently waiting for another make up artist Iris to come over. She came extra late and start making XVee up. At this time, Hong’s make up is almost ready. Last touch up and she came out with the beautiful gown. Hong always and everytime also look like little princess. With a beautiful completion, tall figure and fair body… she wins it with princess look everytime.
Next, finally my turn to make-up. Poor Yumi had a problem putting fake eyelashes onto my eyelid. As you know, my eyes are one monolid and the other one double-eyelid. It’s not easy for anyone to put on make-up for me, unlike XVee whom understand my eyes so well and she took seconds to complete them always. Yumi has trouble putting on those eyelashes and everytime she puts them on, it’s so unbalanced. I was worried at first, cause she seems to put on and take off… and it’s worrying me so much. Luckily, Ms. Iris came to my rescue. She ordered Yumi to take care of my hair instead and leave the make up to her. She got my eyes balanced back with thick smokey dark blue eyes. Sparkling bright eyes came out and the way she powdered my face, it looks so much slimmer and my nose looks tipper.
Sometimes I just pitty those newbies that apply make up onto my eyes. It’s not easy… well… those make-up artist out there, don’t think you can make models look beautiful (since most are born beautiful, so it won’t really show you are good at applying make up), you must also make ugly people beautiful.. that’s a challenge you know, and the only way to Prove that you are PRO!!!!
Off we wear the gown and wait for our shooting. Waiting is a long process. Once the make up ready, you won’t know you’ll have to wait how long, but you’ll just havta wait. Hong bought her camera over and we were crazily cam-whoring ourselves in the make up room. It’s fun to be beautiful and the photos in the camera turned out to be great.
We had several background, the jungle look, the peaceful bamboo shooting just outside the shop, the colourful backdrop, coloured carpet, and traditional/English flavoured chairs and sofas. We were bought from 2nd floor to 3rd floor for different shots. Our last shop was our friendship shot. It was so fun and all the tiring work was done finally. These are some photos in the dressing room.

can i ask you about romantic bridal photo shooting cause i just sign up a package yesterday... i need so me comment from you. you say the dresses that can be selected is limited? as like yours experience, the girl , iris said we can choose new n old dresses right? n can u show me the picture that they take? cause if it's din fulfilled my requirement then i may have to cancel it and lost rm 150 ( deposit)..any opinion to prevent being tricks? tx..

Romantic Bridal shoots pretty photos. I do not have any soft copy of the photos as they were not suppose to give them to us. They were all on an album which I did not scan them onto softcopy. Their photos are beautiful, only to endure the part where you negotiate. Regards to the dress part, indeed its true that they only allow us to look around at two tiny cupboards. If you went to their place, you'll notice area around the counter, has two cupboards, which that was the only white dresses cupboard they allow us to choose. There's a part where the dresses are at one floor higher, which every dress seems to be new and maybe used once or twice. Each different dresses cost different prices (vary from RM300above). Since you have paid a deposit, I recommend that you really enter their shop and look around for the dress before further deciding. Of course they will say you can CHOOSE new dress. You can REALLY choose, but you have to pay la! Theme dress will be exactly the same as the sample photos. And one thing, make sure, I repeat MAKE SURE you write black and white about the sizing of the album/frame/how much to pay for an EXTRA page/ how much to pay for a new dress/ how much to pay for waxed photos.... all these must put onto paper. One more thing, when your photos are out, they will super super promote and try to wash your brain to add extra stuff of your album, by adding photos and so on, all is MONEY adding. They won't let you go easily as they can simply drag you for 3 hours just to promote you to to take a thicker album. It's how strong and budget wise you can stand onto. I don't know if it helps, but I just hope you'll be wiser than us... remember.. write black and white every single detail ya~ BTW, congratulations on your wedding.... be a beautiful bride....

by the way, what we need to prepare before shooting? I heard that things like face eyelashes and special type of bra also need add charges? So, we need to bring ours? thx..
i also signed up today... gosh... they try to con me rm100... but anyway i will go over this weekend to check it further... are the wedding gown really dirty and yellowish?? gosh i am scare... >.<
HI Anonymous... the eyelashes have to pay if I not forgotten about RM20. Bring along a Nude Bra. Otherwise, a beige/white coloured bra without strap will do la. They will use colour spray on your hair... (NEED MONEY) of course. We told them we are not interested in spraying our hair, they will say things like the colour will go different in photos and so on. So, be prepare to pay another RM10 for the spray. Exact amount I forgot liow la.. but around that price la. Oh ya.. another thing need money is the hair setting. They will need to SET your hair using their curling tool, and that one also EXTRA charge. They will tell you that without setting your hair, they cannot do anything nice. So, you'll end up paying about RM55 extra for these.Just to add, even if you bring your own eyelashes (this was what my friend did), they'll complain that your eyelashes look dull or not good enough on photos and so on, you'll end up using theirs too. ONe more thing to add here... request for Ms. Iris to do her make up on you. I remember there is another make up artist too, but Iris will be a better choice. Opt for her.
Hello Winnie, it's good to check out from the shop before paying any deposits. You remember to ask them to show you which cupboard is allowed to wear without needed to pay any extras lor. A step higher cupboard all need money, even if they tell you no need (cause maybe inside hiding 1 or 2 gowns no need la)!! Since you haven't pay your deposits, just feel free to browse thu ALL the gowns, pick a few which you like including the night gowns too. Then only you decide.
gosh...i hate the way they do business...aiz...no choice..once for a life time only..then i better be prepared...i think the one things that i have prepare is nude bra..then other..just be trick by them..t_T..btw, i check the gown at the shop last week... we ask n they show us the dresses that we can choose..it's OK...acceptable..so not much to worry, winnie...i will go and try out the gown by this week..hope its work out..tx..
helo....sori for leaving msg to ur old blog..as i google search about the romantic bridal house then i found u..may i know how much is ur package?and ur package include how many pieces of photo?ur 1 is promotion package?normal package usually is how much?got plan to take 1 also..
