Genting Trip with the Little Ones

Keep telling me they wanna go Genting…
Okay then.. up we went on a fine day.

We stopped by Chin Swee temple before reaching to the peak.
Checked in our hotel, take a short rest, and off we went jalan jalan.

These kids decided to go to the theme park the next day, so today was the indoor day. Move around, while I go hanging around in the casino.

Seems like an easy shooting..... ur butt la. We took these kinda photos for like 20 times lor. Those kids jump jump jump until all sweating, and we even sat on the ground for rest!

I don't know what made me jump like that on that day... but I don't think I will do it again now...

豪华的晚宴 28-8-2010

第一次和豪去了一个豪华的晚宴。
我的公司给了我两张票，于是我就约了豪一起去参加。
地点在One World Hotel Ballroom.
晚餐很丰富。
鱼翅，鲍鱼，鳕鱼，海参等等好料。
还没有上甜品，我们就先离开了。 因为开始有点闷了。

这样，穿的票漂亮亮的，和豪在一起，感觉真好。

Our History in Malacca

1-5-2010 to 2-5-2010

My Malacca 2D1N trip with Wfen’s colleagues.
It was a funny decision as none of them I really knew…. Probably only Wfen and Jerry. Others I have no idea who are they too.
I got the idea of following them only until the last minute.
As you know, I am like a Cinderella (where you need to be back home at sharp 12am kind of person), so, a one day trip with friends are not a so my kind.

But, it was fine that particular day. Maybe because it’s on a Public Holiday and I do not need to take any leave.

Gathered ourselves at Tiong Nam (TN) Mc Donalds. Parked our car there, get onto only two cars – Victor and Kang Wei’s car. Wfen and I sat on KangWei’s car and off we head to Malacca. Got to know Victor, Kang Wei, Sumay and Millie were all from Malacca. To be precise, Kang Wei and Sumay from Tampin.

(Only did I realise now, how come I didn’t sat into Victor’s car that first day, and opted for Kang Wei’s instead? Hmm… I remembered someone told me to put Vivian and Millie into Victor’s car….. leaving me and Wfen at Kang Wei’s instead).

We head smoothly to Malacca, and …. I can’t remember a thing about it now. Wahahaha… I mean the step by step itinerary was faded away, but I remembered we had real fun for that short trip.

Victor fitted us all in his family van and off we head to the A Farmosa area. Cam whore there… with a bunch of friends.. it’s fun with the cameras.

Our last lunch before leaving Malacca... homemade served by Victor's mummy. She did these the whole morning.... we gathered in Victor's house for this yummy lunch.

Our short itinerary goes........

A Farmosa - Istana Kesultanan Melaka – Teh Kim Hock (for souvenior and Cendol) – Taman Rama-Rama Melaka – Old Village Satay Celup – Jonker Street – Our Apartment at Tampin - Lunch at Vic's Home Sweet Home - Back to Klang.

Had a very relaxing and fun time with all my newly found friends.

Specially thanks to Wfen for letting me join their TN group.

Yuen Steamboat 27-4-2010

Yuen Buffet is famous for its cheap price and eat all you can buffet style steamboat.
I was there for my first time. Paiseh la… I know la. I was a little outdated though.

It was not too packed that day, but still, the crowd was there. Waited for our seats and start charging to the foods.

We ordered both the soup base : Chicken soup and tomyam. They have a variety of vegetables, chicken meat, squids, fish balls, beef balls, whatever balls, u name it, they have it. The most famous dish there is their HONEY CHICKEN WING!

The chicken wings were sooooooo delicious. I ‘sapu’ a lot of the chicken wings. With the help of my brother and sisters (we were seated quite far from the chicken wing), everytime the waiter brought in (refill) the chicken wings; we will head to the place waiting to GRAB the chickens. You can see, in a snap of finger, there were already a big crowd standing there, rushing to the chicken wings. I just can’t stop eating the wings. It was as though I was in a steamboat restaurant eating nothing, only the chicken wings. Hehehehe…

Someone Please Recover my Files

I saved a file in Hau's pendrive the other day, mistaken that the pendrive was my own. I completely forgotten to backup the file onto my own laptop, which consist of my draft blog.

I wrote several topics inside the file, waiting to post up into my blog.

I remembered writing about Weifen's birthday party, and gosh.. It was certainly a long post.

Yesterday, went out with Hau to Bukit Tinggi. He told me he erased the file already, thinking I would have done my backup as it was HIS pendrive.

He was SO Wonderful~!!!!! He is just so CUTE!!!!!!!!

Ragunathan Little Boy Naming Ceremony

Ragunathan’s little baby boy’s one month old dinner.

He invited a lot of the staff and some production department workers to his *naming ceremony* dinner.

The catering he ordered was very nice. Brought Hau along. Like showing off my [boyfriend] to my colleague’s day. Always in the office, they were like so eager to see who this Victor is. So, everyone suggest I bring him along to the dinner.

We left early as we had made a booking with our busy Wfen for a drink.

Drove to BBT, had some talk at Paparich. Wfen was complaining so much for her in-laws. She thought she will be thoroughly free, away from her in-laws after they moved into their new house (at BBT 2), only to find out that it was not freedom at all. It was worse. Her in-laws kept asking her to come over to their new house for dinner and without asking whether Wfen wanna have dinner or not, they already cook her food. Seems like she need to have dinner with them so often, which is nothing lesser than before!

Wfen ar... not many people have food served readily in front of them. You are one lucky girl who has in-laws to cook dinner ready for you. You must appreciate them. So, don’t say you no freedom. After dinner, you still can do lots of things de ma~ right~

The Social Network

Made a online booking for two, at Sunway Pyramid ; Social Network movie. Had our dinner at SS15, one of the Western food restaurant near Taylor’s college. I ordered black pepper chicken chop, and that particular day, the cook was crazy. The chicken chop was SO SO salty. I guess he must be just broken with his gf or what... serve us so fk salty food. We didn’t have time to argue for the salty chicken as our movie was at 9.15pm. Hau ordered BBQ sauce chicken chop, and his was also same... Salty like hell.

After our food, head to Sunway for our movie. Just in time.
Great movie which made me felt I was a little closer to the Facebook creator.

系甘既啦，好出奇啊？

Went dinner at Sin Lok Tian, Klang Utama with Hau. Suddenly felt like eating Hokkien Mee. Hau don’t really like to eat the big big yellow mee, so we ordered Hokkien Meehoon Mee. He ate away all the meehoon and I opted for the mee. Hau ordered vegetable as side dish, something which I won’t order lor. If I was to order a side dish, it will be fried sotong, fried lala or maybe he kor.

We head back home, to watch黃子華 concert at HK. He was super funny, and I love the “系啦定律”and “好啊法则”. The part where he said “系甘既啦，好出奇啊？”

Popular - Rapunzel

After work, Hau came over to fetch me for dinner. We went to Bekerley for our dinner. The restaurant which I previously went with Wfen and her hubby, was popular for its fried porridge. We didn’t order the porridge, as I do not feel like eating porridge that nite. We wanted to eat fried meehoon instead. The waiteress recommended crab meehoon; but I have no intention to eat crab that night, because I wanted to go Popular to buy some books. Crab eating will take a long time.

The waitress recommended *he kor* meehoon. We knoded our head, and when the food arrives, they were fresh he kor which I knew directly the price of this plate of meehoon will be costly. Indeed, it cost us RM45 for two person’s *he kor* meehoon only. This was Hau’s first time eating fresh *he kor* and he felt the body of the *he kor* weird. We were thinking to eat economical food, end up, we ordered some costly food instead. Next time, we will order the porridge to try instead.

After our food, we went Popular. I wanted to look for two books as a Christmas gift for Hau’s younger sister. Last visit to his house, I saw his sister reading the book. Surprisingly, I heard my colleagues’ daughter also reading the same series of book written by the same author. According to Ms. How, young teenagers love to read the book by this author name 邓秀茵. Her daughter always wanted to buy the whole set of the series. So, I searched in the internet, and saw the story book. Best book seller is the 河两岸 and 幸福的味道 storybook.


After buying the book, we head to MBO for Rapunzel. Fortunately, there were still tickets available.

Nice Disney story, which bring back memories of the Disney’s songs and cartoons... It also makes me feel so far away from *young* again. This movie is gonna be with hairs.. hairs... and more hairs~

Just Another Day

My dad was not around. Went overseas, this time a little longer than normal, a 7day trip. As usual, whenever my dad was not around, mum will not cook dinner at home. It’s her short term holiday too! Hehehehe...

These two days, we had dinner at my grandmother’s house. After work, dropped by there for our dinner before going back home. My auntie’s nestum prawn and bah kut teh was super good. After dinner, went back home and continue my YHHQ movie.

Next Three Days

28th Nov 2010
Waited at home to fetch them (my dad, brothers and sisters) to the LCCT airport in the afternoon.
Hau came over to my house to have dinner with my mum. He came early, so we watched movie in the room while waiting for my mum to call us out for dinner.

Without knowing, my mum and my sis were already out for dinner themselves. So, we went to have dinner ourselves instead.

Suppose to have dinner at Jln Susu Balitong, but the stupid stall let us waited for our food for more than an hour. I was super fuck up and cancelled our order. Told them we do not wanna eat anymore.

Rush over to MBO to watch Next Three Days. We haven’t had dinner; therefore we only eat sandwiches inside the cinema. Maybe it we were too hungry, the sandwich we ate was super good. Especially mine, which has cheese and ham on it.

As written on the poster.... the movie is about " To lose who you are to save what you love"... Are you willing to LOSE who you are... just to save what you LOVE?

Winter Clothings

It was first time travel for my youngest brother to a cool country. He will be following my father to a business trip to Guangzhou on 28^th Nov. He wanted to buy a jacket for himself. We went Sunway Pyramid to shop for his jacket. We saw many many jackets, but the best and most beautiful was the one from Quiksilver. It was the best among others, and the PRICE was also the best among all others. A simply normal jacket cost about RM399 at Quiksilver. After several arguments (where can buy so expensive clothes for my brother geh!! Cincai buy less than RM100 can liow la), we bought a normal jacket which cost less than RM150.

Then, we have our dinner at Dragon-I. My mum complained so much, not for its food, but for the dark ambience which she said, she couldn’t see the menu and the food nicely in the dark! I told her it was romantic with dimmer lights, and she claimed that dimmer lights are easier to manage, because cannot see dirt clearly and cannot see the “benda asing” inside the foods!!! Hehehe....
